Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

I just took my blood pressure for the 1st time since I was like 15 I guess and it was 148 /99 I'm 28 male not much exercise not overweight but have been a heavy drinker for a few years. then I got anxious and took it again and it was 157 / 110 like 2 minutes later. I heard apple cider vinegar can help alot? I'm going to check it tomorrow. but I;m worried it could have been high for years since I havent checked and damaged my heart or organs? or am I to young for that? I haven't been to the doctor since I was a kid either never had any problems

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,
This is Dr Sameer, cardiologist.
Any blockage >70% needs intervention. As the blockage in your patient is 95.8%, it will need Angioplasty.
Keeping on medical therapy will only prevent further blockage & will not remove this blockage.
So treatment of choice in your patient is Angioplasty.
Thanks
Take care
