Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

My blood pressure is 154/63. Sometimes it ranges from 163/72, but the diastolic number is always beloew 80. I am 59 yr old female, 135 lbs and work out 4 times per week for 1-2 hours. I have been monitoring my blood pressure for the past month, as my endocrinologist said I may need a small dose of blood pressure medication.
