Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure

My blood pressure is 130/100 I have been a bit stressed & I some cigarettes & I gained 20 pounds. I went to the doctor last week & my pressure was 115/84 it has always been normal. Now this & I m worried, I don t want to have no heart attack or stroke. What can I do?

Hello

130/100 blood pressure is not worrisome.
Some lifestyle modifications are required:
Quit smoking.
Restrict salt intake.
Regular brisk morning walk for 30 minutes.
Avoid oily fatty foods.
Increase green vegetables and fruits in diet.
Monitor BP regularly
