Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure With Urine Problems

I am 48 year old person.I am suffering urine problem . I am doing self cathetorisation for empty of urine bladder from last 8-10 years.I hv urine infections many times in a year.Then we are taking antibiotic treatment for remove the infections.Afterthat I am ok. This is regularily going on. Now I hv started a high blood pressure ist time in whole life from last week of december 2010.
