Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure Levels

I suffer with high blood pressure and am taking medication for it , when im at home i take regular readings and they are usually around 116-124 over 61 to 70 but when i go to doctors for a check my blood pressure shoots up. i have read that this can be caused by white coat syndrome is this true
