Suggest Treatment For High Blood Pressure And Diabetes

Black Male 51 years old, 6 1 303 Lbs Recently started getting muscle spasms (?) in his arms. Today, he started feeling it in his upper left side of his chest. I could actually feel it through his shirt - as if he was flexing his pecs .... could this be a pinched nerve? He indicated that it is not a pain however it is concerning. He has high blood pressure and diabetes.

I can understand your concern.
Since he is having high blood pressure and diabetes, we should first rule out cardiac cause for his symptoms.
So get done ecg, 2d echo and stress test (trade mill test).
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
But strict control of diabetes and hypertension are needed for good prognosis.
