Hello,

Given reading of blood pressure is suggestive of hypertension, if your husband is not taking any medicine of it then it is advisable to start taking the medicine and for that he has to see the physician there he must be in a need of some test like EKG and ECHO, if he is on anti-hypertensive medicine then dose needs to be adjusted or may requires second drug, because his blood pressure does not seems to be under controlled again he has to see the physician and discuss this, it is matter of concern, if condition is not paid attention then it may give rise to cerebral stroke and cardiac disease,

Hope I have answered your query, let me know for further assistance.
