Hello,According to recent Guidelines Blood Pressure of 140/90 mm Hg is fine.No need to take treatment now. So,monitor frequently. If it is more than 140/90 mmHg then treatment can be started.
For migraine acute attack take some NSAIDS (eg:Naproxen 250mg+Domperidone 10mg 1 tablet) as and when required. If not relieved then triptans can be taken.
In some patients migraine headache increases during menstrual cycle so do not worry.Get an Gynaecoligist opinion done for dark bleeding.
