i would like to know exact level of your current blood pressure.If is below 140/90 then no need to add any medicnes.If it is higher then you may add Chlorthalidone 6.25 under supervision of your treating doctor.YOu should check your blood sugar to rule out Diabetes.And you have no other reason for fatty liver you may take Vit.E
