Suggest Treatment For High BP During Pregnancy

Hi so I am 26 weeks pregnant with my second child and have been having issues with my blood pressure and heart rate. I have been in and out of hospital for the past few weeks and so the doctors told me that I was to come in if my blood pressure is over 140/90 for more than 2 hours (taking it every half hour) my blood pressure is currently 155/100 and its only been an hour, however my resting heart rate is currently 148. I wasn t given a guide line on my heart rate however the highest its been is 135. 148 is a new high for me and I m wondering if I should just go in now as from what I can tell a heart rate that high can be quite dangerous?
