General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
I understand your concern.
You are a high BP patient with ankle swellings that disappears after taking rest or raising legs. You also have urine problems & overweight. You are worried about your ankle swelling.
In these symptoms your ankle swelling can be due to-
- overweight along with diabetes / high blood pressure with involvement of heart/ urine infection .
I would suggest you to get a physician's advise & investigations which will pin point the cause. The treatment would be cause specific.
Please don't worry, proper diagnosis & specific treatment would relieve you.
Thanks.
