Hi welcome to HCM.
In case of significant family history of heart disease ,you run a high risk of acquiring it.I advice you to drop your weight to around 60kgs and maintain a BMI around 22.Regular physical activity for 20min a day will keep you healthy.Blood pressure has to strictly under control.Maintain average blood pressure under 130/80 mm of Hg.Have a semiannual check up for your heart in the form of EKG and 2 dimensional echo.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
