Suggest Treatment For High BP And Migraine

I'm a 33 year old female height 5-10, weight 140 is 113 over 69 ok for me to be. I have high blood pressure issues .I know more if its high but not sure when its lower also along with this blood pressure I also have a migraine headache and have shortness of breathe, and feels like I'm floating .

Thanks for contacting HCM. Dear patient you have not mentioned in detail high blood pressure issues. What are your current blood pressure readings? what medicines you are taking? If you have high uncontrolled BP then till the BP is not controlled you can not claim to have migraine as high BP cause headache. I would suggest following tests- BP check up, E.C.G., Echocardiography, carotid colour doppler. These will help find out the cause of shortness of breath and feeling of floating. If you have high BP, only correct medication under observation of a doctor can help you.Regards
