Suggest Treatment For High BP And A Bloody Nose
My bloodpressure today was 184/118 after a long weekend partying with family in town. I got a bad bloody nose so I laid down and now it is 160/110. I tend to have anxiety after drinking and think that's why it's so high. Thinking of going on a long walk to see if I feel better?

Your goal for BP is less than 140/90 for age less than 60 years. Acute binge of alcohol can increase BP. I advise to take rest, low salt diet and low fat diet, less alcohol. Do exercise daily.
