Suggest Treatment For Hiatus Hernia

What is a para -- food tube--hernia ? I had surgery 5 yrs. ago & my stomach is migrating thru the hiatus hernia into my chest again. I understood this could happen again. I have had 2 opinions-- surgery as the complication could be the stomach can twist & cut of the blood supply & this could be life threatening. The other Dr. Who did the original surgery said it wasn t as bad as before & I am having few symptoms so no surgery. An endoscopy was done in July & seems to have helped & cat scan with last Dr. My question is -- how serious is this & can surgery be put off till symptoms ( vomiting) with only a few bites of food eaten as it was with the 1st. Surgery. E-mail is YYYY@YYYY . Thanks for your advice.
