Suggest Treatment For Hiatal Hernia And IBS
I am a 34 year old female who has been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and IBS in the past. For the two weeks I have noticed lower abdominal pain, back pain, fullness even after eating a little. Today my upper center abdomin is in intense pain. I am extremely nauseous. It's all I can do not to vomit. What do I do?

I really appreciate your concern, for the IBS it is the more or less functional kind of disease, now for the hiatal hernia in severe condition it requires surgery otherwise mild condition may not need any treatment but of course in either of these condition changing of life style is must, for the upper abdomen pain and nausea you can try Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day with Tab Chlordiazepoxide with Clinidium three times in day, try to control your thoughts hope this information helps.
