Suggest Treatment For Herpes

I recently went to planned parenthood to get tested about 2 weeks ago and the test came back positive for herpes 2 I have never had any symptoms of herpes 2 however I get cold sores on my nose yearly. My results came back as 5.00 out of range . (IGg) is there ANY possible way this can be a false positive?

Hello,

If IgG is positive it means that you have been infected in the past. If not now. So you had a herpes infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
