Suggest Treatment For Herpes Simplex

What can I use on herpes simplex 2 sores on the outer vagina and use safely in the vagina. This is my first? outbreak after rigorous intercourse. It is better but still painful. Also can tea tree oil soap be helpful or the oil on the sores? I have not been put on meds and I would like to build up my immunity to have a better chance of lessening my chances of future outbreaks. Thank you!
