Suggest Treatment For Herniated Disc In Lower Back At L4-L5 Level

I put it in the first box in what. I have tried. I don t get my check until the first day of the month on disabilityssi, what test would I need to find the problem, I am taking 450mg of effexor xr daily flonase nasal spray daily , lyrica150mg. , two inhalers , suboxone 8-2 film one daily,i buprophen 600 mg. For arthritis in my hands is bad Dec, I had a right hip replacement. Cartlidgegone in my joints. I can give you my debit card to draw out on July 1,2014. Please help me I have herniated disk in lower back. L4-5 S1. Two in my neck, I had cancer 2005, had a Partial Radical vulvectomy on the left side (castration). I was able to kee p my please help me.
