I was injured in June lifting patient at work. Suffered c5-c6 disc herniation with impingement on on nerve root and spinal column. Had ACDF on c5- c6. 3 weeks later, when I bent my head forward, my head started shaking uncontrollably and lasted for hours. Still occurring but only when I look down. Neurosurgeon says its essential tremors. No family history. Appeared after surgery. Now c3-c4 is herniated and burning really bad in scapula.
