Suggest Treatment For Hepatitis C Infection

I was diagnosed with hep c a few years ago. I went thru extensive test, My specialist said I was very lucky. My body healed itself and I no longer have the active hep c virus in my system. I want to know if I can give anyone hep c thru sexual contact? I have avoided having an intimate relationship because my own gp never answered my question when I asked him. Sorry I cant afford the payment. I guess I ll never get an answer.

Hi.welcome to HCM
I hope this will help
Hepatitis C virus is transmitted through blood and blood contacts mainly..that is people who are IV drug abusers, people with tattos and body piercing, people requiring multiple transfusions and dialysis patient are at high risk..
Sexual and maternal-neonatal transmission is very low but can occur in people with multiple sexual partners, men e male sex partners..
I would suggest you to have safe sex practice eg have a single partner.etc
Thanks
