I have severe hemorroids I have had 4 previous operations to correct the problem, However; I have no insurance no job no money at the present time. Every day is pure agony. What can I do I beg of you!

I understand you concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream or suppository containing hydrocortisone.
-use pads containing witch hazel or a numbing agent.
-Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
