Suggest Treatment For Hemorrhoids

Hi my name is xxxx and i am 21. I am recently diagonsed with hermorrhoid 2 weeks ago . I have no bleeding , very less pain and the rrhoids are external but very small. Do i need to go fo surgery or shall i wait for sometime and in addition i am a dedicated fitness freak. Can i use little heavy weights + can i use protein powders? Please help. Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, surgery is the best option for hemorrhoid if it can not regress on it is own, if you want take chance of this then you need to follow some conservative treatment, like drinking more water, have more fiber diet, try sitz bath for stool softening purpose Isabgol can be used and for intra rectal purpose Polycresuline ointment can be used these treatment some time cures the disease but with very little promise hope this information helps.
