Since then you have got piles like problem, very painful and not possible to sit you mean to say. If the pain is so much means the chances are that you are suffering from fissure-in-ano with secondary infection. Piles do not cause any pain at all unless they are strangulated and can not remain strangulated for so long. I would advise you the following in such a situation. Sitz bath. Laxative. A course of safe antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines. Consult a General Surgeon, get examined, proctoscopy for getting the exact diagnosis and proper treatment as may be advised by him, either surgical or medical. Take rest. Get well soon
