Suggest Treatment For Hematoma On Buttocks
I had a hard fall and now believe I have a hematoma on my left butt cheek. I can barely walk or sit down without pain and immediately after the fall, my leg was shaking and throbbing every time I put weight on it. How can I be sure that is the problem and what should I do for it?

As you fell down on your hip, your bone, muscles and nerves in that area have experienced shock and impact of it and it may take some time to heal. If you have swelling in the area and movements of the area is very painful and debilitating, you should visit an orthopedic surgeon and get and x-ray to rule out fracture of the bone.
If the pain is decreasing and becoming little bearable as the time passes, it is just concussion and hematoma pain and it will heal in some days. However, ice application in the area can help. You can take painkillers available over the counter like Acetaminophen 500 mg or Ibuprofen 400 mg twice a day to find relief in pain. Topical application of Diclogesic gel or spray can also give you relief. Give rest to the joint as much as you can.
