Suggest Treatment For Hematoma And Bruising On Forehead
I fell hitting my right upper forehead on a very hard floor in a store. A Epidural Hematoma developed immediately, there were and have not been any signs or symptos other than a large hematoma and bruising progressively moving from rt. forehead to orbital area to rt. side of face extending to just under the jaw. Hematoma is resolving on forehead (soft to touch) bruising is now yellowing. Is there away of appyling pressure to the area to resolve it without causing harm?

Hematoma after trauma due to fall takes many days and even weeks to disappear. Measure which helps in early resolution of hematoma are 1.frequent ice packs application for 3 days 2. Take tab diclofenac plus serratiopeptodase combination twice a day for 5 days. 3. Apply thrombophobe ointment locally. It will also show many colour changes. But nothing to worry it will take its time but eventually will disappear.
