Hello,

As I see the history it appears you have a calcaneal spur. To help you with this, I will advise using the silicone gel pads. This will help the pressure to be less applied over the heal and the inflammation will come down. Use hot water fermentation so that you can relax the muscles. Try doing foot exercise like picking up the marbles, picking up the small sticks or pencils, picking up the small petals etc. This will help to improve muscle strength. Using an acupressure mat will help to improve the muscle activation too.

In my clinical practice of over 12 years, most cases have responded well with the above-mentioned therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
