Suggest Treatment For Heavy And Irregular Periods

I m having excessive periods since 1 and half months .I took tranostat but not regularly ,for 1 month had severe periods for 1 week then though blood flow was not much but a little occured during urination .Now I consulted doc and advised to take tranostat TID along with regetrone BD and iron tablets for 21 days but I m not taking it regularly and doc also advised for ultrasound and Tsh tests I m 5 2 and is 80 kg .I suddenly gain weight 2 years before I got 15 kg extra since 2011 .I had dis problem in 2010 but after that was normal .I had sex 6 times and though I missed my periods but after sometime it got normal plz suggest me

As you mentioned you are not taking proper medicines i suggest you to take treatment properly which is prescribed by your doctor.
Ultrasound & TSH are necessary to confirm diagnosis.
To reduce weight,
Do Yoga and walking.
Avoid heavy meals.
