Suggest Treatment For Heaviness In The Chest And Neck

Hello Sir, I am undergoing treatment for acidity from last 6 months even-though my endoscopy report is normal but i feel mild itching on entire body particularly head feel like some worm is crawling and i used to do heavy exercise before treatment so there is heaviness on my chest and neck

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease )
In this upper GI scopy is normal but the tone of gastroesophageal sphincter is reduced. So the sphincter becomes lax And cause reflux of acid. And this acid causes symptoms.
So try to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief from GERFMD.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Avoid stress and anxiety.
4. Start proton pump inhibitor.
5. Go for walk after meals.
6. Keep 2 - 3 pillows under head in the bed.
