Suggest Treatment For Heaviness In Chest And Headache

My Chest x-ray report says infecive changes noted in both lung fields.both hilums congested. Doctor changed my medication from montek 10 to montek LC.Also LOXOF 500 if coughing resumes.Iam not sure whether the antibioic is to be taken now as i do not have persistent coughing but overall heaviness of chest and headaches,

In my opinion you should revise your diagnosis. As both lung field changes with hilum congestion seen in pulmonary edema. Bilateral lung infection is not so common and if present patient usually seems very ill.plus you are having headache may be due to high BP. So get done ECG and 2D ECHO and consult cardiologist.
