Suggest Treatment For Heat Stroke

My 2 year old was outside in the heat and now has a fever. She was drinking water thw whole time, but ended up throwing up and just feeling very warm.bshe just wokebuo in the middle of the night to go tobthe bathroom and still feels warm. Is this a sign of heatbstroke? What should i do?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say this could be sunstroke and may not be heart stroke, keep the child well hydrated and for the vomiting "Domperidone" can be given, this would help her if the symptoms does not improved then she need to be taken to ER take care and have a nice day.
