I have been suffering with heartburn the last 3 weeks or so and it seems to be getting worse. So much so that occasionally it is so bad it makes me feel sick. I have been taking gaviscon which helps for a little while. I'm also keeping away from acid food fried food etc. I also find bending over can cause acid as well.
