Greetings. my new Dr. suggested I eat sardines with tomatoes though I have heartburn frequently regardless of what is eaten hours earlier and usually triggered during even light exercise along with rt side pain, headache, nausea and fatigue, am Hypothyroid. I had symptoms prior to starting new meds, the only new one is birth control at 35 mcg daily and non estrogen. Weight fluctuates. Sometimes bottled water tastes like metal. On my cycle now, 43. no children. Ovarian cysts on rt and left one is not even seen on ultrasound or said to be empty . Heard rt one was deformed. [ER dr. said during exam].
