Suggest Treatment For Heartburn And Constipation

1-my wife is near 40 her problem that heart burning costipation, in side stomachfeel burning .

2-mc pain very critical situation occur and many time given the medicens some ganicologist told him infamable the overy . please give better suggesion for her health.tomarrow dr call for edoscopy

Well come to HCM
The condition could be due to hyperacidity only and may not be due to ovary, if I would be treating physician then I would treat this case with following medicines, with the treatment given below it is advisable to avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking, spicy food prior to bed, eat more fiber and alkali diet,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
3) Tab Clinidium with Chlordiazepoxide three times in day
