Suggest Treatment For Heartburn And Acid Reflux

Hi doctor,
I have got fever last week then i took advil,paracetamol.then heartburn started.i went to doctor they told i have got acid reflux problem.they prescribed me prilosec OTC.after taking it for 5 days my chest pain and heartburn gone.but my hands and feet are cold and sweaty.those tablets are for 14 days.wil i be alright after finishing the 14 days course? I dont have any other symptoms like vomiting.but i have got
Dysentery.please help me with this.

Hi there,
Thanks for using HCM.
Yes complete the course of prilosec and you would be relieved of your symptoms.
The dysentry could be due to either infection you got before taking prilosec or as a side effect of prilosec. You an take probiotics/yogurt for relief.
If dysentry is persisting a stool analysis may have to be done.
