Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations And Tightness In Chest

my heart beats so fast after doing strenuous work and after that my heart cannot be controlled .. it is hard for me to breath my chest ,abdomen and hands freezes like a stroke.. i feel like dying .. what is really happening .. my ecg result is negative when i consulted a doctor what should i do?

Hi

Thanks for posting your query.

Your problem is called Palpitations. It can happen due to problems in heart or problems outside heart.

A normal ECG doesn't indicate that everything is fine with heart. You need to get further evaluation done with respect to your heart like Tread mill test and ECHO scan which shall give more details on your heart conditions.

In addition also get Serum TSH and Serum cortisol levels to check for extra cardiac conditions causing palpitations.
