Suggest Treatment For Heart Palpitations And Dizziness

Hi,I have heart palpitations at times but all the ECGs,holter monitors and ecen heart ultrasound were fine.They are uncomfortable and I get dizzy and feeling like I am passing out.My blood pressure is about 100/70.I don t have AFib just a short PVC and the doc said nothing to worry about.If there is nothing to worry about why I still have this?

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

Every one has different heart like we have different appearances, some people have an insignificant PVCs by default which is not of any danger this might be the case otherwise doctor would have been concerned.

I would suggest you to try a few things.
Avoid anything which excites the heart :
1) Coffee.
2) Caffeine.
3) Energy drink.
4) Amphetamines.
5) Metabolic stimulants.
6) Fever , fear stress can cause palpitations too.
