Suggest Treatment For Heart Issues In A Diabetic Person

hi, i am from Bangladesh . my father s condition is not well. he is a diabetics patient, now suffering heart problem & thyroid. he cannot walk & sleep properly. he is under treatment in my country but i am not satisfied. what would i do ?? please help

1. It is possible that he is suffering from "Diabetic Heart Disease" [diabetic cardiomyopathy] i.e. which damages the structure and function of heart which can lead to heart failure and arrhythmia.

PS. overweight [type 2 diabetes]/high blood pressure will be associated aggravating factor for heart disease

2. Recent reports have claimed that people with type 2 diabetes shows higher occurrence of thyroid disorder [particularly hypothyroidism], the association however remains unexplained.

3. If one follows proper lifestyle and treatment plan for diabetes it can help lower blood pressure, maintain normal blood glucose level,reducing weight/ stress and can help improve the outcome
