Suggest Treatment For Hearing Loss

i used an hearing aid since my birth and 2 days back i lost hearing in one of my ear all of a sudden and my doctor says it is due to some injury on ear and i now have a weak nurve but i did not have an accident recenty so how is it possible can it be cured

hello and welcome to health care magic,

You must understand that when the doctor says injury to the ear it does not necessarily mean a physical trauma. It could be a vascular injury in the case of sudden hearing loss. Since you already had a hearing loss the risk of sudden hearing loss is even more.
You can try a cocktail of steoids, plasma expanders, anti viral drugs and also vitamin injections to try and salvage the hearing in consultation with your ENT and wait for a month for the recovery if any.
In any case you may need to get a full physical and CT Brain and CT temporals and get back to me or any ENT with the reports
