Hello and welcome to HCM,
Injury to the head should be followed by CT scan of head.
Head injury can lead to injury to brain and other structures.
However, many injuries are silent and present at later stage/
Headache is indicative of some underlying pathology.
Headache can be due to raised intracranial pressure or injury to a particular portion of the brain parenchyma.

Thanks and take care
