Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Tinnitus While On Vyvanse

My daughter is 17 years old and has been taking anti-depressants since 8. She is currently on Cymbalta 20mg/day. She also is taking Vyvanse 50mg/once per day for ADHD. I am considering putting her on a birth control pill to help with acne. She does have some symptoms from taking the meds; ringing/odd sounds in the ear, sometimes headaches) Do you think this is a good idea?

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

There are a number of different oral contraceptive medications that can be used so you may have to list a particular one for cross check with her current medications.

There are no known interactions with yasmin. Microgynon , another common oral contraceptive, has a minor interaction. One of its components slightly increases the levels of cymbalta

I hope this helps
