Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Sinus Problem After Injury

I WAS IN AN RTA 5 YEARS AGO, WHERE I SUFFERED A BLOW TO THE BACK OF MY HEAD, I SUFFERED CONCUSSION AND SINCE THEN HAVE HAD VARIED SYMPTOMS. I HAVE HAD POPPING IN THE LEFT EAR ALMOST IMMEDIATELY, AS WELL AS SEVERE HEADACHES AND AND NAUSEA AND DROWSINESS, WHICH LASTED 3-4 WEEKS. HOWEVER I STILL HAVE EAR POPPING WHICH GETS WORSE WHEN I GO TO HIGH ALTITUDES, OR HEAR NOISE OF A PARTICULAR FREQUENCY, AND HAVE BEEN GETTING HEADCAHES ON AND OFF WHCIH RECENTLY HAVE BEEN GETTING WORSE AROUND THE BACK OF THE HEAD. I ALSO NOTICED SINCE THE ACCIDENT BAD TMJ PROBLEMS AND ALSO SINUS PAIN WITH A BLOODY NASAL DISCAHRGE WHICH CAN LAST FOR WEEKS OR MONTHS. THE SINUS PAIN HOWEVER DOESNT COME ACCOMPANIED WITH ANY NASAL COLD, BLOCKED NOSE, NASAL DRIP ETC INFACT I CAN BREATH OK THROUGH BOTH NOSTRILS, THOUGH WITH ONLY MINOR RESTRICTION. I NEVER GOT HEADACHES BEFORE THE ACCIDENT NEVER GOT EAR POPPING AND NEVER GOT SINUS PROBLMS UNLESS I HAD A VERY BAD HEAD COLD WHICH LEFT ME COMPLETELY BUNGED UP AND THIS WAS RARE.
I THINK THESE PROBLEMS ARE BECAUSE OF THE HEAD TRAUMA AND IN PARTICULAR BECAUSE THE THE CRANIAL BONES HAVE MOVED AND HAVE REDUCE THE SINUS SPACE.
