Hello, Thanks for the query, The symptoms semms to occur because of condition known as BRUXISM , that is clenching of teeth ay night . Bruxism can occur due various reasons like stress , dental infection , impacted wisdom tooth and misalignment of teeth . Pain radiates to whole jaw , ear and head . Try to keep your self relax and reduce stress . take proper rest . Take ibuprofen (if not allergic) or paracetamol for pain . Give warm compresses to jaw and facial muscles . Start physical therapy of face . Consult oral surgeon for proper diagnosis and rule out the cause like sinusitis and high blood pressure . Doctor may give you night guard to prevent attrition of teeth and bruxism and prescribe muscle relaxant ( orthodox MR ) . Doctor may extract wisdom tooth .
