Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Nausea

I started of with a headache yesterday morning which lead to heavy head and eyes and the nausea. I had to run to the bathroom after lunch as I vomited. Left work and came home and slept for 3 hrs. Then woke up and still felt heavy headed, tried to take a parasol which made me bring up. Then after and hour or so managed to eat a litte. Thought I was on the mend but couldn t sleep well overnight and in the morning tried to get ready for work but felt very heavy headed and a lot of pressure on eyes, so went to sleep. Just had breakfast but feeling heavy headed/eyes. I seem to get like this once every few months, mainly when I m stressed or worried. Please advise.
