Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Fainting Episodes While On Metoprolol

My wife takes metoprolol for high blood pressure, she had taken that drug and Advil 10 minutes later...for a bad headache.she had a fainting feeling her heart was beating rather fast..she had to sit down. The rest of the evening she felt tired. Could this be a drug interaction? Or something to be more concerned about
