Suggest Treatment For Headaches And Blurred Vision
Hi I am a 25 yr old female, married for 2 years now. I have mild headache but that stays for long and I get blurry vision while looking at a laptop or mobile. Also, I wake up with a dried blood in right nose! I have nose watering problem from a long time but rest of the above has been happening to me since last two weeks ! Also, I would further like to mention that I don t have a good diet because of my work schedule.

Go for vision test and fundoscopy,if required retraction.xray PNS may be required,healthy balanced nutritious diet is essential for eyes.do vision convergence exercise and yoga . steam inhalation might help. If specs are recommended,wear them regularly
