Suggest Treatment For Headaches Along With Nasal Bleeding

I m forever having headaches and nose bleeds and the nose bleeds sent light there always really heavy they stop after about 3 or 4 minutes but I have quite a few a day i have gone to the doctors they won t do anything unless they see for themselves so what should I do now

first exclude hypertention and get nasal check up by ent surgeon and exclude dns and allergic rhinitis take respiration through mouth, after recovery treatment can be recomanded.
