I fall down a staircase landing abt 2 days ago...
I sprain my ankle... Just would like to enquire... Had
A pain on my head, there's no sign of bruises or scratch
But my head feels pain to touch and gave me a huge headache
After i try to massage it.

As u wrote ur head give u pain when u touch it it indicate it is local site injury it wll subside by analgesic ,antiinflammatory enzymesmes like serrasiopeptidase , hot compress etc
If any other sign like nausia or vomiting like tendency ,blackout, limb weakness,memory or analytical ability loss ,feeing drwsy etc occur then u can suspect intrnal injury of brain
Then consult neurologist
