Suggest Treatment For Headache While Having High Blood Pressure

I am overweight and have high blood pressure. I am currently taking blood pressure medicine and am working on losing weight. Sometimes I get headaches and is usually due to my high blood pressure. Now my eyelids are feeling really heavy. How can I resolve this issue?

It's all because of anxiety and Hypertension.
You have to check you BP,if it's adequately controlled by your medications.
Do some exercises, yoga and meditation.
