General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Vertigo is most commonly due to conditions of the inner ear though there are other causes such as migraines.

The most common inner ear conditions are (1) meniere's disease, (2) benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (3) vestibular neuronitis

She may need to see a neurologist or ENT doctor for diagnosis. There are specific examination techniques that would need to be done for a diagnosis to be made.

Since her vitamin d levels are low, she may also need vitamin d replacement therapy as well.

I hope this helps
